"We loved staying here again. It is in a great location by a marina and is walking distance to the Canal Park ship canal, shopping and restaurants. The property is very well maintained, the staff is cordial and professional and the breakfast is the best we've gotten while traveling."
"We absolutely loved this place and will make it our go-to spot when in Duluth. From the location, to the facility/amenities (great pool for kids!), to the delicious free breakfast-10/10 recommend.
My only complaint is the cleaning staff is was pretty pushy in the morning. They were lingering outside our door 30min before checkout and it made us feel rushed. "

"We would stay at this property again. Beautiful view of the harbor and of the lift bridge. Property has some great outdoor areas for fire and making smores. Hot tub and sauna. The only reason I gave condition of property a 4 was because the room we chose had a patio door to be able to sit outside and the door was broken. They did give us a $100 gift card to go to the hotel restaurant Silos, which was great and the food there is pretty amazing so that did help the situation."

"Great room and facilities! Only thing we were disappointed in was the breakfast. 5 mornings with no significant changes in menu was a bit monotonous."

"Was running late after a 14h shift and the front desk stayed for another 45 min past desk close to check me in which i am eternally greatful for, as i went for a walk around the block after i got checked in, so about midnight, and was barked at by someone on the street soi guess he aware at night but the hotel itself was beautiful the room was luxurious beautiful views from the windows anf would highly recommend. "
"The hotel room is gigantic and has many industrial finishes (the entire hotel is built in an old Duluth warehouse, right in the heart of the waterfront plaza full of eating, breweries and night life! Hotel parking lot was full of cars that did not have parking permits, probably going to get towed however we had to wait around to get a spot. Receptionist was super friendly and pleasant. Lots of patrons were staying because of weekend weddings, so mixed clientele of families and couples."

"Love that they are pet friendly. The room so clean and that is most important- the hotel is tired … but it is kept clean all around but decor and furnishings are dated"
"What a lovely find this was! Our room was really beautiful but also functional and comfortable. This is possibly the first hotel/rental place I’ve stayed where the couch was actually comfortable lol. Nice quiet neighborhood, and didn’t hear any more noise from other guests than you do at a standard hotel. We will definitely stay again! "
