"We had a wonderful time at Sycamore Springs! We were a large family group with a 92 year old grandfather, grade school kids, teens, tweens and young adults.... all the way down to a 3 year old great grandchild. We all had fun things to do. The kids did the roller skating, petting zoo playgound, splash pad. "Lovely property. Good location for our event. Loved listening to the birds. BEAUTIFULLY decorated rustic rooms. Loved that each couple had their own bathroom. Gourmet kitchen. Roomy industrial fridge and freezer. Blew a fuse making breakfast but fixed promptly. Might need to upgrade electrical system. Need a few more bowls and plates if u have lots of people eating there.Would have appreciated Kleenex and napkins be included in provided paper products. There's not enough clothes-hanging space in...

"I have stayed here many times. It has a nice location near KU med center. It has shopping center and restaurants nearby. It has easy access to the interstate.It's actually located in a somewhat quiet area. It has been showing signs of age though lately."
