"The property is gorgeous and meticulously taken care of. The amenities were lovely and everything was decorated so thoughtfully. The only snag was the transfer of sound, which is probably unavoidable given the type of building, proximity to University Avenue, and a punk music festival coinciding with my stay. Bring ear plugs and you’ll be fine!"

"We enjoyed our stay at this B&B. The staff was friendly and the location was great. Loved the onsite parking (though a tight fit!). We didn’t give 5 stars because our shower never got warm in our room. The bath faucet did, but the shower did not and I had to take a bath and rinse my hair under the tub faucet. It wasn’t ideal. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. "

"Usually I'm weary about bed and breakfasts, but this place changed my mind. The staff was absolutely incredible as well as the room I stayed in. My daughter has celiac, and they made sure there was breakfast food she could enjoy that was gluten free. When we arrived, we mentioned how we were heading to the beach. Jess, the assistant manager, hooked us up with an umbrella, chairs, towels, sunscreen, and a bag to hold it all! It was absolutely amazing.I felt right at home in this B&B and will...

"The innkeeper, Robin, was delightful and welcoming. She did everything she could to help us settle in and feel at home! We loved the B & B! Clean rooms, comfortable beds (so important), a nice wide staircase, delicious and filling breakfast , tasty treats and spoils daily. It was a short walk to historic downtown also. Highly recommend Casa De Suenos "

"The Inn was in the historic district within walking distance of old town shops and St. George Street. A tour trolley stop is right across the street. The room was very well furnished and it felt like we were stepping into the past. The full complimentary breakfast was amazing. Compliments to the chef. The staff was also very friendly. "We loved the accommodation, our only complaint was a distinct smell of someone having smoked in the room. We are ex smokers so I told management we were OK with it, but wanted to make them aware we weren’t the culprits, and not to charge us the $250 fine for smoking, but now I’m home I realize our clothes smell of smoke. Other than that minor problem it was a perfect little getaway place"
