"Love the feel of the hotel, the room was inviting and large, the breakfast was tasty, the valet was patient as was Eduardo that helped with the trolley to the room.
Unfortunately, the ladies at the front desk, afternoon checkin, evening, and checkout in the am were dismissive and curt. John was as much nicer. One can no in a kinder tone.
The Hyatt was super nice overall! "
