"Rigtig fint hotel indendørs samt poolområdet. Udvendigt ser hotellet lidt slidt ud. Skøn morgenmadsbuffet med stort udvalg, fint udvalg i grab and go. Udvalget i dinner restauranten var lidt småt og ikke så børnevenligt. Området hotellet ligger i er virkelig kedeligt. Der er gamle nedslidte bygninger, som stod klar til nedrivning i hele området. "

"Great location really close to the duomo. We arrived 30 minutes before checkin and was told that our room was not ready yet. Thats fair enough so we went for a walk. Our bags could be stored in the lobby - the man behind the desk was not very smiling or service minded. When we came back at check in time we were told that the room still wasn't ready. 10 minutes later the room was ready. We had booked a standard double room. Not the biggest room but it had what was needed. But it was tired with chunks missing around the doors, scratched headboard and the cleaning was not great - found other peoples hair in the bathroom. The room was to the front of the building so a bit noisy because of the trams - we knew that so not a criticism. On the second night the security light in the room started to flicker and it couldn't be fixed so we had to move to another room. They only had suites left so we got one of those. A whole different experience. New decor, larger, to the back of the building so quiet and clean. Great morning buffet but the waiters looked like they were really tired of their jobs. The beds were to the firm side. Would we return ? not sure - maybe try to find something similar in the area."

"Fantastisk ophold på hotel Berna. Flot værelse. Virkelig god service. Dejlig morgenbuffet. Rent overalt på hotellet. Vil fremhæve personalet i receptionen samt bartenderen for deres venlighed. Kommer helt sikkert tilbage en anden gang."
