"It should be noted this is an apartment complex. There is a front desk but were dismissive when I mentioned the fact my room was not ready. The management company who rents units out for travelers is different from the company who owns and operates the building. When I arrived, the maid had no idea the unit was being rented out that day, so I had to wait 45 minutes beyond the advertised check-in time. As I communicated the issue with the management company via text, I couldn't tell if I was...

"The large 3 bedroom apartment worked under our circumstances but there were many problems. Getting access to the building on the day of arrival was tedious and took almost 45 minutes--the access codes did not work, and calling for assistance took many tries. And late in our weeklong stay, we started receiving messages about NOISE complaints which was NOT us! Too many calls and messages about this, very annoying. The apartment was in the basement and the three small windows really didn't help...

"Så dejligt et besøg! Masser af plads! Gode forhold!! Aircondition larmede lidt meget, men det var ikke noget der gjorde opholdet dårligt. Utrolig nem ind og udtjekning. Man følte sig tryg i nabolaget! Helt klart pengene værd!!!"

"We love staying at this location when we come to Louisville. It’s a great apartment that is conveniently located. Love the view of the Big Four Bridge at night!"

"We cannot complain about our stay. Everything was extremely clean, well maintained and great communication from the staff. The listing was a bit confusing on what you got and what the description was. For the space that we got, we would like it to be better described. Would highly recommend this place and would stay there again!"

"Very nice place, kitchen had all that I needed for cooking and working from my room."

"This was a great property and we really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean, very well appointed, very spacious and very comfortable. The location and walkability was perfect. We spent an evening in “The Paddock”, playing cornhole and chatting with other guests. A good time was had by all. We hit a tiny snag with parking when we arrived and our hosts immediately responded when we reached out. They got us squared away right away and made sure we had everything we needed. We were able to get...

"Worked perfectly for our group."

"Loved this place!! Great location, clean and so much fun for the family. We loved the basement with all the games for everyone! We will definitely stay there again."
