"The property was perfect for our family vacation. Check in was a breeze, it was inviting when we stepped in, and just a beautiful place. All the necessary essentials were provided & I would highly recommend it to anyone, whether for a few nights, a week, or longer. "

"The property itself was very nice and so was our hoet! However, we had a box truck for work. The lock on the back of our truck was cut almost in half when we got up in the morning. Just make sure to keep your things inside!!"

"This place was set up with a few thoughtful touches from the host, who was super accommodating during our stay. Everything was clean, the sofa was big and comfy, and we enjoyed the space. We had a lovely time and we will likely book this vrbo again when we’re coming back into town! For anyone with mobility challenges, just know that this is a 3rd floor walk up, no elevator available. "We stayed here for 24 days between selling our house and moving into our new house. We live close to this area, so we knew it wasn’t the best neighborhood but it was a gated complex so we felt comfortable renting it. "The condition of the property and the neighborhood are average at best. Sufficient and safe? Yes. However, a bit run down. Describing the apartment complex as a “gated community” is disingenuous, although there is a gate surrounding it. I think the apartment complex puts unrented apartments on VRBO. Linens, pillows, bedding, furniture is all old. No soap. Toilet paper holders and dish washer are broken. Holes in the walls. Overpriced. Not many options in that area of North Houston."
