"We stayed here for a week and it was a great experience. From checking in, to room service, bartenders and entertainment team all of them made our stay memorable. Good food at the restaurants but main buffet could of been better. Just not much of Mexican food options. I would definitely go back."

"Fine place to stay close to the airport. But don't expect to be able to walk anywhere from the hotel. There are things close by but it is not possible to walk anywhere - there are no sidewalks and even if you risk walking on the road you won't get far as the roads end in bridges or hight differences in the terrain where you cannot walk or cross. There are free shuttle bus ever 20 minutes though."

"Værelserne på hyatt house var meget slidte og airconditioningen larmede virkelig meget. Det var svært at sove uden ørepropper med aircondition tændt. Servicen var god i receptionen, men vi måtte flere dage spørge til manglende basic ting til morgenmaden. Vi måtte også spørge til rengøringen af poolen, som så ret beskidt ud, men der sendte de en ud og gjorde den ren. Alt i alt en middelmådig oplevelse, men ok ift prisen."

"Lots of reviews talk about the entrance being weird, and yea it’s kind of strange to have to go the basement to get to elevators, but I never felt unsafe. It was really simple to check in. Once you have your key fob you can go in and out of the resident entrance and avoid having to walk through the parking garage. There is a concierge at the desk there all the time, so it felt really safe. Apartments are big and comfortable. Not the cleanest, but you gave laundry and they had detergent there, if...

"Very clear instructions for getting keys - they even include pictures. Beautiful property. Friendly ppl in building. Concierge very helpful. Very safe. Lovely grounds and katy trail across street.
