"Everything from check-in to check out is very easy. Communication with the property owner was very easy, and she was quick to respond. While we were there we swam, went out on our boat, baked cookies, played games and just had a really good time. We are even talking about coming back next summer. Highly recommend this place."

"This is a great location and wonderful house which is comfortable, very clean and well appointed. The dock is so nice and I really enjoyed the swing that is there. It is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood and has a beautiful view of the lake. The house is accessible for a walker which was important for my 83 yr old mom. I would highly recommend renting this property."

"Stayed here recently. Property was as advertised. Clean and conveniently located to downtown McKinney. A very short walk to great restaurants and bars. Host was great! Excellent communication. All the expected amenities. Would definitely recommend this property. "

"The place is across from the SMU football stadium and a short walk to most of the campus. On a busy road (Mockingbird), the house had everything we needed - lots of room, four bedrooms with comfortable beds, etc. All as the online listing states. The host was friendly, welcoming and easy to reach as needed. Thank you!"
