"Clean room, nice location, beds were comfortable. The only issue is there is no place to hang any clothes and if it was hotter we it would not have been comfortable. There is no A/C, if there was there is not a thermostat in the studio, it is the main house."

"The property was sparkling clean and thoughtfully decorated. As described, the noise transfer is real and you will hear the guests on the main property. The host was an excellent communicator. Bed was firm but comfortable. As advertised, there is air conditioning but it is controlled within the main house. There are desk fans available for additional cooling."

"This is such a cute place to stay close to downtown and great coffee spots, and dinner spots! I really appreciate the detail of the amenities that it had! The bed was comfy. The shower was hot love that it had coffee, tea few little snacks, little seating area outside it truly was relaxing. I would highly recommend staying here if you’d like to be able to walk downtown Flagstaff."

"Super cute little cottage! So close to downtown, I could walk everywhere! The bed's slightly beat...the heat worked great, being from the valley! The guests in the other house were sitting and talking right behind the bed wall outside?? Their sitting area could be moved away from the cottage! I really liked it though! Thanks for the coffee."
