"This was a truly unique stay extremely private, very quiet. On property there is a tiki bar and taco truck serving wonderful food and great drinks with beer on tap and other choices. We felt very welcome. We sat in the Adirondack chairs outside our cottage, and there's also a private area through the French doors in our cottage, number 2. We arrested in the most comfortable bed. "The cottage was perfect for me and my 3 kids. We loved the location being less than a 30min drive from both Key West and Marathon, and within 20min of several beaches. The kids took a dip in the private pool in the back everyday. Check-in process was seamless, and the rooms were perfectly climate controlled. We'll definitely stay again next time we're in the keys."

"Everything in the cottage was pristine . I will be back again , and tell friends about you. If you could put a slip free mat in the tub, when wet is like stepping o ice . Thank you ! "

"I couldn’t be happier with the cottage I stayed in. It was very clean, as described, check-in was easy, host communicates well! It is located just south of the bridge as you enter Summerland Key from the north and just a couple of minutes off the highway, secluded by trees and peaceful. There is a lot of seating outside and grills so perfect for spending time outside. thank you for the wonderful visit! "

"This home is in a very private setting on one of the canals in Marathon. The grocery stores are very close. The beaches, restaurants, attractions are all within a few minutes from the home. The dock is very nice. We even saw a a family of manatees in the canal. We had a very good time and appreciated that the owner did not charge us for our little dog. Nice place to visit!"

"Very nice hotel, but pay attention to the additional fee that comes. I was not “sharp” enough and overlook these when I booked, including that the whole facility is smoke free, means you have to go all the way to the street to smoke and NO place inside the facility is allowed. I understand and respect that, but for me that is not a recommendation and is a downside that there are no room for that. For that price - I would have chosen and option with a “dark corner” where all the “outlaws” could stand and be ashamed 😁 Beside that good facility, in the high end of price."
