"This is an older hotel and in an older neighbourhood of Edmonton. It’s not the suburbs and it’s not a resort.
However we would stay there again as we got a clean room for 2 nights and although there may have been lots of homeless and less ideal patrons of the games room and bar around outside, the staff took security seriously and were awesome.
The societal issues are everywhere and until the Alberta government deals with the root causes of the issues better and more effectively I suppose we...

"This was my second stay here in 2 months. I believe we have a new section and an old one. This time I had a room in the old one and was a bit out dated. Everything was good. Major hurdle was to find plugs to charge your phone! Service and comfort still tops! Room was a bit dated!"

My wife's only complaint was the hair conditioner bottle was empty. Not a problem for me because I don't have much hair left and can't read labels without My glasses.
