Dear Radisson Customer Relations Team,
I am writing to formally complain about what was, without exaggeration, the worst hotel experience of my lifetime during my recent stay at your property. I was assigned Room 204 on the second floor.
Late at night, a group checked into the room above mine. From that point on, the noise was completely unbearable. There was loud partying and/or fighting, constant shouting, and furniture being dragged across the floor for hours. The disturbance was so severe that I did not sleep at all throughout the night.
What made this situation even more unacceptable was the complete lack of support from the hotel. I attempted multiple times to contact the front desk using the in-room phone, only to discover that the phone was disconnected and not functioning. I then tried calling the hotel using my personal cell phone, but no one answered. There appeared to be no staff or security present at the front desk during this incident. It seemed as though there was no overnight supervision whatsoever.
With no way to reach staff and no intervention from the hotel, I was left helpless and forced to stay awake until morning. This is not only poor service, but a serious failure in guest safety, comfort, and basic hotel operations.
This experience was deeply frustrating and completely unacceptable for a brand like Radisson. I am extremely disappointed and expect this matter to be taken seriously. I would appreciate a response explaining how this happened
