"Overall, this was a very good place for our family of four. The property is very clean & had all the amenities we had hoped for. It is spacious with lots of closet & dresser space. It is well decorated, all the appliances are new & clean, and the beds & couches are super comfortable. We walked to the WWII museum (also excellent, BTW), amazing restaurants, and the French Quarter very easily from the property, which was super convenient. "This was the wors motel that I have ever stayed in. The bag covers under the sheets were covered in urine stains, and what it looked like, blood. Maintenance is horrible Groundkeeping is horrible, overall filthy location.Needs a major update i walked in the lobby and was able to see the computer. I saw every guest name and room number. I brought it to the owner's wife attention. She said something about it's because if they close down the system, they have to reboot the whole thing or something...

"This was our third time staying at this property but in different units. The unit was spacious and well maintained. The only issue (which we didn't communicate) was the half bath toilet would often run after use. Not a big deal overall, it was great."
