Villaer i Nice-Pont-Michel Station

"Property is spectacular. The views of the water is amazing and the layout of the house was perfect for our family. There are three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a powder room on the main level. The AC worked amazingly especially given the high temperatures during our stay. Villefranche su Mer is a beautiful town and so close to everything. 15 minute uber to the sea, to Nice and 30 minutes to Monaco. There is a bakery, market, restaurant and butcher shop within a short walk from the...

"We loved everything about this property. The house was great and had everything we needed. We underestimated the number of stairs we would be climbing on our walk back from town after dinner, it was certainly an adventure. We made the trek several times during our 6 night stay, but did opt for an uber a few times too. There is a small grocery store within walking distance from the home which was convenient. The pool area was perfect and the views are unbeatable."

"Beautiful villa with 180 degree sea views from every room. A chef’s dream kitchen. All rooms en suite. The housekeeper was delightful as was the leasing agent."

"Fantastic house! Views are stunning, house has everything you could possibly need. Pool is great! You can walk into Nice, it is about a 35 minute walk downhill, coming back will take a little longer due to being uphill but is manageable. We will definitely stay here again. "

"A wonderful old villa, eccentric layout but full of charm and character, in enormous grounds with several terraces and beautiful trees and flowers. Two marvellous terrace areas with copious seating and dining options. No air conditioning but plenty of fans. Well stocked kitchen for family cooking, and generous amounts of towels and bed linens. Plenty of seaside equipment for the beach, and books and games. Ideally suited to families and children (4 bunk beds) - all fully...

"Beautiful villa with all amenities. Walk to village and Uber back makes this a great place to stay with beautiful views. Garbage cans were full and there were no garbage bags to replace them."

"A beautiful villa with an amazing view! You might clean the grill for usage."

"The view from the balcony of the house is beautiful. The cleanliness of the kitchen. The kitchen drain. The speed of the Wi-Fi connection."
