Dear Management,
We are writing to formally express our dissatisfaction with our recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, several issues significantly impacted our comfort and overall experience:
• Guests were required to purchase their own toilet paper.
• No soap was provided in the shower.
• The awning over the balcony was broken.
• The safe could not be locked.
• The hallway lights were not functioning.
• The bunk bed was unsuitable for an adult taller than 185 cm.
• The sliding doors of the wardrobe did not work properly.
• The hotel entrance code was changed, and we had to rely on another guest to let us in.
• Parking facilities were inadequate, as our car could not fit properly between the posts in the underground garage.
These conditions are far below the standard we expected and do not match the description provided when we booked the hotel. Given the inconvenience and discomfort caused, we find it only fair to request appropriate compensation for our stay.
We kindly ask you to respond promptly regarding how you intend to resolve this matter.
