You will be at the centre of everything Nice has to offer: the Cours Saleya and its lively restaurants just 50 m away, the Vival supermarket 120 m away, the "Opéra Vieille Ville" tram station 150 m away, the Opera beach 160 m away, and Place Masséna 300 m away. The SNCF train station is 2 km away, and Nice Côte d'Azur airport is 7 km away. A perfect location to fully enjoy the city on foot.
STAY
The living room is both cosy and bright, air-conditioned for summer days and equipped with electric heating for winter stays. It opens onto a charming small balcony, ideal for a sunny coffee or a relaxing break at the end of the day. You will find a television and Wi-Fi connection for your leisure or teleworking moments.
COOKING
The American kitchen, with electric hobs, is perfectly equipped with a refrigerator, a freezer, an oven, a dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle. All the crockery and utensils necessary are at your disposal to cook as at home, in a modern and functional space.
BEDROOM
The room, with a soft and relaxing atmosphere, features a comfortable double bed, ideal for peaceful nights. Storage spaces are also available to facilitate your installation.
BATHROOM
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a washbasin with storage unit, a hairdryer, as well as a washing machine and a tumble dryer. An iron is also available, for a stay in complete autonomy.

How to get to my accommodation in Nice upon arrival
I chose to arrive by air
Upon arriving at the airport, a wide range of transport options are available to you to get to your apartment:
The tram - The best market: Line 2 will depart in front of terminals 1 & 2, serves the entire city on the Sea Side, from the airport to Nice Port, in 25 minutes. All stations pass through Fabron, Grosso & Gambetta for the Flowers district, Alsace Lorraine and Jean Médecin for the Musicians, Gold or Masséna districts, the Pin district and finally the Port district.
A connection with line 1 is made at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.
A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.
Taxis: The most direct: They are present at each terminal 1 & 2. 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is an official fixed rate that must be applied + the baggage rate. Make sure to inform yourself well and specify it to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.
The bus: The shuttle to the airport (bus 98) is both cheap and convenient. It runs every twenty minutes during the day and will drop you off in the city centre, near Nice Thiers Station.
I chose to arrive by train
The tram - The best market: To get to line n°1, exit to the left of the station and go down towards Thiers Avenue until Jean Médecin Avenue (indicated by signage). Trams pass every five minutes and the ticket has a low cost. Line 1 serves the centre and the two northern districts of Nice.
A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.
A connection with Line 2 (Airport / Port) is at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.
Taxis: The most direct: 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is no fixed package. The driver must mandatorily activate his meter before leaving the station. You will only have to pay the fare displayed upon arrival + the luggage rate. Make sure to inquire and specify this to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.
Do not forget to have the complete address ready to be given to the driver.
I chose to arrive by car
There is always a public car park near your place of residence. The rate is:
• On time
• Per 24-hour day
• Per week
• Per month
It may prove to be more interesting to pay for a week rather than per day for stays longer than 4 days, and so on. Check the rate grid carefully at the parking entrance or go to the security post as soon as you are parked.
