Great hotel
We spent 4 nights at the hotel... very nice , the room very clean and quiet.. we get fri upgrade to our room .. but it was the same breakfast everyday with no variation, which you don’t expect from a 5 star hotel.

Rigtig pænt og rent hotel, ligger lige ved stranden, samt meget tæt på bymidten, hvor der er mange restauranter samlet og gode shoppingmuligheder. Fin pool til børn, der er opvarmet, fin restaurant på hotellet, som vi brugte til frokost nogle gange. Pæne og rene værelser, alt i alt en rigtig god oplevelse, eneste minus var at vores minibar/køleskab gik i stykker under opholdet, men det kan hotellet jo ikke gøre for.

Wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency. We were in town for the half marathon and this ended up being right near to the race start. We were also allowed a late check out, so we could shower and change after the race. The swimming pool was a real bonus.

Rooms are dated and if you don’t have an ocean view room it seems very claustrophobic at first and you may or may not get adjusted. Standing shower is tiny and bathrooms are dated. Overall very dark room we had requested ocean view but couldn’t get it.

This is just the loveliest hotel in all of Nice. My wife and I enjoyed our time here immensely. Very easy to get to Monaco, as and Cannes. The entire walkway and waterway of Nice is accessible so easily from the front of this hotel. The service is second to none. And our concierge, Antonio, Was a perfect guide to the city all week.

High on our list is the pool- open all year, and until 9:30 p.m.- large and indoor/outdoor, with a view of the Med. Staff continue to be excellent. Superb 'upcycling' of this historic site- with the iconic Art Deco frontage onto the Promenade des Anglais and beach; good size rooms; great breakfast choice; well maintained and tuned grand piano- all combine for a relaxing and comfortable experence. Again- Happy guests- Well Done!

This property is beautiful & is the perfect location! It is right across the main boardwalk - Palais des Anglais. It’s located close to numerous restaurants & plage beach clubs. It’s also 1 block from the pedestrian walk way & really close to Place Messena.

The staff were incredible! Nicholas and the front desk staff were great! Very pleased. There was a problem, customer in the lobby who was yelling and shouting. They were able to address his concerns. My bathroom was not cleaned though when I arrived. I did report it to staff.

This was our 1st trip to Nice for a period of 4 days over the Christmas holiday and my family loved this hotel so much that my daughter wanted to write this review, which is enclosed below. "We loved it because it was very beautiful with all of the Christmas lights and the lovely beach only a few steps away. Electric scooters were rentable for a fun, convenient stroll. The front desk gave us ornaments to welcome us on our first day which was Christmas. In fact, we were upgraded to a Penthouse suite which was by far the nicest room we have ever stayed in. There was a real Christmas tree with ornaments and a gift; the tree smelled amazing, giving our room a holiday spirit. The bathtub was cavernous, enough to fit 3 people; it was so relaxing and there was no noise at night which made this very peaceful. I loved the unique pool and how you could swim both inside and outside so it wouldn't be cold for you. The property was dated but elegant and neat. The buffet breakfast had made to order omelettes, authentic pastries and breads, and a large spread of fruits and other dishes. The concierge was very helpful, helping guide us including some cool experiences and tours. This was our favorite place that we traveled to and the top 1 or 2 hotels we have stayed at in our lifetime! Our hearts miss the kind staff, chefs, room, and the unique smell of the lobby; it will be a memory to treasure for many years to come. Thank you to the wonderful staff for the unforgettable stay!

The staff was awesome: attentive, friendly and extremely helpful. Everyone truly made you fee like they were pleased you were there. Most of them remembered and called you by name. The hotel lcoation was right in the center of the action in Nice and convenient to public transportation. Lots of dining options.
