In addition to the bed in the mezzanine, the sofa bed in the living room allows you to accommodate two additional guests, ideal for children.

Please note that bookings from Last minute bookings made within 24 hours of the arrival date are subject to a change in the arrival time from 15:00 to 18:00.
The property only accepts the number of adults indicated on the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted.
Each guest will be asked to present an ID once the booking has been created and at the time of check-in.

This property does not host bachelorette parties, stag parties or other similar parties.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked not to make excessive noise. A noise policy is in effect between 21:00 and 7:00.
Guests must leave the property in the same condition in which they arrived.
If you leave the property at a different time than scheduled, i.e. 10 am on the morning of the last day, without prior mutual agreement, you will have to pay a reminder fee of €55. If the above policies are not respected, a penalty rate will be applied to guests for any damage caused to the property.

A penalty rate of €150 will be applied to your deposit if you smoke in the property.
The accommodation has everything you need for your stay (fully equipped kitchen, wifi, TV...).
