"Meget velfungerende og indbydende lejlighed med god plads. Dejlig udsigt. Lidt trafikstøj ved åbne vinduer. God sandstrand i byen, dog er der en rimelig lang og stejl gåtur dertil fra lejligheden ( primært trapper ) og det kan være vanskeligt at parkere bilen ved stranden. Mange gode restauranter på havnen. Trygt område."

"This property was fantastic. It was equipped with absolutely anything you could want for your stay. The bed was comfortable, the living room spacious and it had a lovely balcony for your breakfast or just to enjoy the weather. It also had air conditioning so was great for Nice’s warm and humid weather. Malin was a great and welcoming hostess. It was walkable to loads of restaurants, shops, Avenue Des Anglais, the market and more. Would highly recommend. "

"As advertised. Parking a bit of a pain, but place is right on promenade. Wifi and hot water are great. Hostess Francis works hard ro make sure you are comfortable and it is so nice to sit on living room and watch Nice go by. Noise was not an issue at all!"

"We came to visit Monaco and Cannes as Nice is in the middle. If you want a quiet place this is not. Cafes & Bars till 12:00. The Apartment, Markets and Shops fabulous. "No elevator" to 3rd floor."

"This property is in the very heart of Old Nice. We had dinner each night in an excellent restaurant located less than a city block away. The apartment is roomy and comfortable. (It is necessary to use stairs to access it, which was not a problem for our group but might be for others.) The street below remains noisy with revelers until the wee hours but we used the ear plugs provided to deal with that as the price to be paid for the convenience and ambience of the location. "
