"Air Conditioner in the main bedroom was not adjustable as the buttons were not working and was showing "re" sign. It stopped working around 11 pm at night during our bedtime as we were so tired, we used the ac in the hall and kept the bedroom doors open to maintain the cooling in the room. It was frankly not a good experience for the premium hotel like Staybridge suites."

"We love this place! It was our second stay and we will be coming every year with our family. It’s super cozy, easily fits the 7 of us, nicely contained so children can’t escape the property, has a great pool that’s warm, a splash pad and a basketball court. It’s also really close to Niagara on the lakes main road. Great staff and great manager! Whenever we go we always wish we booked longer."

"We had ants in the kitchen. Contacted front desk twice, both times they said they would look into it and they never got back to me. The facility does not come with any linens, towels, etc. We were flying in from out of province and never received this notice until after we purchased a non-refundable stay. Paper towels were in the unit for the kitchen but when it was used up they said they don’t supply paper towel so we had nothing to wipe up with in kitchen. They had sprayed down the road with...
