"The place offers a very comfortable stay overall, with a well equipped kitchenette and very comfortable beds, unfortunately the staffs skills to give solutions and a proper customer service are VERY poor, during my stay I had the very bad experience of having a sports jacket missing from my room, although the staff claims to trust 100% no one took it in the end of the day I leave the property with a missing jacket, taken from my room, to which I had to repeatedly approach front desk and ask to talk to the manager as they were completely unable to give any sort of solution, they claimed to be researching and looking for it, yet NEVER reached out to me with any sort of update .. they didnt even offer ANY sort of compensation at any point, even me acknowledging that my jacket was probably missing for good they just responded there is nothing they can do. On another disappointing note the pool claimed on the photos is now gone and replaced by a nightclub, which you can hear if in the ocean view rooms on the top floors, completely disturbing guests from their rest during weekends. There is a separate spa in the underground which disappointingly you have to pay separately and doesn’t offer any kind of special deal for staying guests The staff overall are really nice, there was one lady doing my room most of the days which was lovely and that made a difference"

"A bad experience. The room conditions were far below expectations, despite booking a suite. Several things didn’t work. Even simple items were missing, such as a hook to hang a towel. The toilet conditions were terrible. Definitely not worth the money and nothing like the pictures Turkish Kötü bir deneyimdi.
