"My husband and I stayed here on our way back to Long Island after a family wedding. The house was very clean and just right for the two of us. A little hint going forward, pick up any food you need at LaPlanta. There are only small markets close to the house and are quite pricey. If you are looking for a relaxing leave the world behind place to stay, this is the place for you."

Tons of space, everything you could possibly need to cook or bake, and plenty of storage in the cabinets and pantry for all your snacks and ingredients.The fire pit in the front yard was perfect for roasting marshmallows (the provided camp chairs and corn hole set made it even better), and the picnic table next to the grill was great for sitting outside while the burgers were on. "We loved our stay at Boyce Cottage! The location is gorgeous. You can easily access Warsaw, Lewisetta Marina, Montrose, and more. The house is really comfortable with tons of extras like kayaks, a canoe, games, grill, and more. The kitchen has all the tools and equipment you need. The owner is super responsive and helpful. We will definitely return."

"WOW!That just about sums up this property.Our stay was almost perfect (will mention a few negatives at the end of this review)The unit itself was very clean and pretty much matches the pictures in the listing. "The recently updated Blue Heron Cottage was neat and clean and the beds were truly comfortable. The cottage is just a short walk to the shops and restaurants in Colonial Beach. The attractions at Westmoreland State Park, including Fossil Beach, are a short drive away."

"Very nice, clean and comfortable home. The interior was better than the pictures depicted. Our favorite place was the deck where we watched the ducks and swans. We would definitely come back. "

"My wife and I had a great stay at Sail Away To. It was nice having a reserved parking spot along with a second floor condo with great views of the Potomac River. Several restaurants were within walking distance and the beach is just a walk across the sidewalk. The condo was clean with everything that you would need for a weekend or longer stay. Can’t wait to to visit again. "

"Our family had a great experience staying at this place. We were close to the beach and had access to a pool. The kitchen was stocked very well. The screened in porch on first floor had everything you need for the beach and the pool (chairs/towels/toys/beach cart/floats). Size was perfect for 2 couples and a child. (room for more children as well)"

"I really don’t know where to start it was great from beginning to end! Ricky was a 10/10 host everything you may need he was there to accommodate. Easy communication, friendly it almost felt like staying with a family member. The stay and the pool is beyond beautiful the pictures really don’t give it justice it’s a really massive backyard! We had a pool party for brother who got out of the army and it was enough space to fit everyone. I’m telling you now to look no further THIS stay is the place...
