  • Located in Colonial Beach, this charming cottage offers guests a soothing retreat just one block from the South Beach and two blocks to the bay. Inside, two cozy bedrooms feature queen beds, perfect for restful nights. Linens are provided. The cottage also includes two inviting living rooms, one with a sofa bed and the other with a twin bed, providing flexible space for everyone. Guests enjoy two bathrooms, one equipped with a shower and bathtub and one with just a shower. Plenty of space for making mornings and evenings enjoyable. Updated kitchen appliances with cookware, plates, etc and a Kuerig for coffee. Updated bathrooms with towels provided. Inviting front porch to have your morning coffee and large screened in porch with lots of space overlooking the large backyard for entertaining. Washer and dryer in guest bedroom. Games for the family provided. Grill, beach chairs, boogie boards, wagon and two adult bikes can be found in the backyard storage. Kayak available for your use. Propane fire pit is also available in the shed. Rent a golf cart to cruise around the charming town shops & restaurants or enjoy the sunset over the bay from the screened porch.
