Skuffende… slet ikke pengene værd.
Værelset var ikke rent da vi ankom(senge var redt), airconditionfilter var møgbeskidt, badeværelse var ikke helt rent da vi ankom, værdiboks virkede ikke, blev dog nævnt et par gange i reception, men ikke udbedret. Værelset generelt småt i forhold til billeder på hjemmesiden.

Fint hotel med god beliggenhed. Havde læst en del dårlige anmeldelser om hotellet inden ankomst og var blevet lidt nervøs , men alt fungerede fint. Morgenmaden er fin, man kan efterlade baggagen efter udcheckning , Værelser er rummelig og rent og personalet er flinke. Rengøring er kun hvis man beder om det - det står på et skilt i receptionen. Vi kommer gerne tilbage igen.

Meget svært tilfreds vennepar
Vi var et vennepar som havde et dobbeltværelse med hver vores seng. Renligheden var ikke orden, sengelinnederne var beskidte, og vi måtte be om nogle nye to gange, badeværelset var betaget af skimmelsvamp. Morgenmad kan det anbefales at købe det ude, eftersom der var begrænset udvalg samt renligheden var ikke i top fra køkkenet af. Belligenheden var i top, 5 min fra times square, og tæt på penn station.

I always enjoy my stay at the Hampton TSS. All of the staff…and I mean all not just front desk…maintenance, kitchen, housekeeping…incredibly pleasant and helpful. I would single out James because I was impressed that he remembered my last stay and details of my family…I can’t remember what I ate last night. The area while not incredibly unsafe has a homeless population but it is typical of the area and quite frankly, they don’t bother you if you don’t engage them…so not offer them food or money because they will scope you out. But that’s true throughout. All in all a great mini getaway and I will return

We got a special on this booking so about $270/night. 10/10 Hotel breakfast was great - hot food, lots of other options and stuff Facilities - 7/10 Water was out for some parts during the day, but we were mostly outside for those times; elevators were slow given so many people; no keycard needed to enter hotel or elevator

The staff at the Hampton was very helpful. We feel the location of the hotel was great, as we were able to walk to may of the sights, i.e. Times Square, Broadway, 30 Rock, Empire State, Madison Square Garden. it was very convenient. The only negative thing was the elevators, which tended to be very busy as the room staff also used the same elevators.

Ligt 2 straten van time square dat is perfect. Er zitten zwervers in de straat, maar waar niet in new york. Erg gehorig, wij zaten aan straatkant en hoorden alles. Kleine kamer voor 4pers. Alles is aanwezig, ook koelkast en airco. Voor ny prima stel je niet teveel ervan voor. Kamer met bed en douche. Ontbijt was prima, druk op sommige momenten maar je kan de hele dag thee koffie warme choco pakken. Je kan je koffer bij receptie stallen als je late vlucht hebt. Schoonmaak van kamer is op aanvraag, maar onze kamer werd netjes 2x schoongemaakt zonder te vragen in de 5 dagen dat we er waren Ligt centraal en de prijs is ook prima daarom zou ik nog een keer boeken

It was a great place for the price we paid, everything you need at your door and transport is easy to access. The breakfast a coffee throughout the day was a bonus. Staff were very nice and accommodating.

The check in was a breeze. However the stay was a different case. The bathroom ceiling was leaking. They moved us to another room but that room was worse. The main door didn’t shut close, there was an opening a gap about an inch which made us feel unsafe. Secondly we couldn’t use the fridge for two days because it didn’t close properly and built up a block of ice. The surrounding area is sketchy, a lot of homeless and drug users. The staff was friendly but the facility needs major improvement.
