Dear Thor,Thank you for your honest review. We do have a café called Natura, which is available everyday from 7am-2pm. Our main restaurant is Philippe Chow and is Wednesday Through Sunday. Lastly, we do have a lobby bar that is available for appetizers and drinks. Apologies extended for our lack or room service, we are currently working on bringing those amenities back. Our night life, lifestyle hotel does have information placed on our website but should always be reiterated during check-in. There are floors closer to the club usually for guest who have booked with us due to the night life, please come gives us another try & ask for Sandra I can make sure your room is blocked perfectly :)
