Sitting just 300 metres from Littlestone-on-Sea Beach, this homely mews house is the ideal coastal retreat for larger families or groups of friends who want to relax and reconnect together on the beautiful Kent coast. Spend happy mornings strolling along the sandy beach or head off to Littlestone Golf Club (1.5 miles) for a few rounds. The nature-lovers in your group will adore exploring the wet grassland and wildflower meadows at Dungeness Nature Reserve (4 miles), or visiting the rare and endangered animals at Port Lympne Reserve (10 miles). And if you’re looking for traditional family fun, make a beeline for the beach at St Mary’s Bay (2 miles), which is a big hit with sandcastle enthusiasts.
Step inside this bright and cheerful three-storey home and you’ll discover a welcoming hallway with the lounge on the right and the spacious kitchen/diner at the end of the hall. Continue through the kitchen and you’ll find a wonderful sunlit conservatory with doors leading out into the patio garden – the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. Head upstairs to the first floor and you’ll have the choice of two elegant king-size bedrooms. The bedroom to the left has a handy en-suite shower room with a WC and basin, as well as a lovely balcony with views over Littlestone-on-Sea Beach. The next king-size bedrooms has an en-suite shower and basin only. Venture up to the third floor and you’ll find a fabulous twin room with sea views. There is also a bathroom with a bath and handheld shower connector up here and a snug with a Smart TV and desk – a real perk for multi-generational groups who want to give the kids their own space.
Step through the conservatory’s patio doors and you’ll find a lovely patio garden with a BBQ and furniture for al fresco dining. There’s also a charming summer house with seating and a handy shed for storage. You’ll find allocated parking for two cars.
