"Hotel is great, located perfectly in Midtown, close walking distance to the park. Lots of shopping, and 30 rock right around the corner, 7th ave, etc. Elevators are horrible in the mornings, good tip is to take the service elevators. We discovered some “black mould” on our shower head and told front desk, they said they would tell housekeeping.. when we got back room was made up but mould was still there, I could wipe it with a towel my self so I doubt housekeeping even got the message or whatever… But all in all a good enough hotel, good location and friendly staff, good subway connections nearby."
