"Overall, I enjoyed my stay at New Paltz Way! The property is beautiful, aesthetic, and calming. I actually plan to create content highlighting my experience.
Unfortunately, my flight was delayed, and after a 1.5-hour drive, I arrived around 8:30 PM. Because of my late arrival, I felt I missed out on a proper introduction to the property and don’t recall checkout time mentioned .
My biggest disappointment, however, was the lack of communication surrounding checkout. Apparently, the checkout...

"A beautiful, lovely, and very charming stay. My only regret is that the weather was so hot during my stay, so that I couldn’t leave the windows in the rental open to fall asleep to the bountiful sounds of the surrounding nature."

"When we arrived at the house, we unpacked and within a few minutes, we smelled something that smelled like sewer gas in the bathroom. The owners came over and accused us of pouring something down the drain to get out of paying them. We could not stay in the house it smelled so bad and they would not refund our money. VRBO took their side! This was a horrific experience. I hope they get the sewer smell figured out. I just wanted to visit my daughter and this turned into a nightmare. I understand...

"My girlfriends and I had a wonderful getaway and would absolutely recommend both New Paltz, NY, and Seth's home. The house was clean, cozy, and welcoming, and its location made it easy to explore everything the area has to offer.During our stay, we hiked, visited a winery, checked out a vintage festival, went swimming at a lake in Kingston, and spent time exploring Woodstock. Back at the house, we enjoyed relaxing with coffee on the lower deck, took advantage of the kayaks, grilled dinner, and...

"We had a great stay, in spite of a terrible heat wave. The air conditioning needed to be good, and it was excellent :) When looking for a house to rent for a family gathering, air conditioning wasn’t on my mind. But it turned out to be more important than usual. The house is spacious, clean, extremely comfortable. The location of the house gives you very quick access to New Paltz. But set off the road, in a wooded area, it feels like you’re in a quiet forest. It was a great place for our...
