The first room I was in, was perfect except for the broken fridge.
We had to move into the room next door because in there, the fridge worked but the room looked smaller and the drawers were dirty with stains and hair.
The shower had half a door so there was water going onto the floor. The temperature kept changing from extremely hot to cold.
The thermostat did not work well. The first room had better heating when it was set to 75 but in the second room, it was still cold at 75 degrees.
I didn’t want to cause more trouble for the staff since Michael helped with the room change, probably not knowing the second room was bad.
The breakfast staff were so nice to me. I think it was Salim who kept checking in to see if we were ok and gave me a to go box.
There was an issue with my credit card where they couldn’t charge my credit card. When I called Chase, they stated the hotel didn’t enter in the pin and that’s why the charge declined. I had to use another card to pay which frustrated me.
Overall, the hotel looks very nice but there were so many issues.
