"Property was clean and looked exactly as displayed in the photos. Dock for swimming and kayaking is of good size and good condition. Good variety of outdoor places to sit between screened porch and outdoor fire pit plus outdoor and indoor family games to play. Access was easy and everything worked as expected. "Nicely done tiny home. Owners are very timely in their communication. Clean. Recommend going downtown Kingston for a walk on Rail trail, seeing the lighthouse, and eating outside at one of the many restaurants. We ate at Savona Trattoria, which was delicious. Boat tour of Hudson River looked wonderful but we didn’t have the time to do it. Would stay again! "

"We had a lovely relaxing stay at Don and Tammy's home. It was spacious, well maintained and perfectly equipped, and a short walk to the lake. We enjoyed a bit of kayaking, grilling and even sat in the pretty lighted gazebo enjoying the night sky. The hosts were very communicative and took great care of our needs. "What a beautiful space! It was very clean and the area quite remote. In the mornings, we saw deer and wild turkey. And so many birds! We didn’t hike any any trails, but there was a great guide available in the home that showed the property lines and gave info about the property! It was great for us and our kiddos. "
