The main bedroom invites peaceful slumber with a Queen bed, ceiling fan and access to a private balcony, while the second bedroom offers two Single beds which is perfect for children or friends alike – both bedrooms have sheets, bed making, and bath towels provided. The bathroom is equipped with a bath, shower, toilet, and single vanity to complement the accommodation.
Kids will appreciate the playground nearby, and everyone will benefit from the convenient proximity of only 200 metres to the hub and main street of Nelson Bay shopping where you will find an array of dining, cafés, and boutique shopping, also a quick 300 metre walk to the picturesque waterfront and D’Albora marina. Parking for one vehicle is available onsite, the convenience of parking the car and be able to walk to all activities and dining options is fantastic.

(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
