"The listing is exactly what you get with sparkling pool, amazing bathrooms, and very clean. Walking distance to watch people get blown off the beach, walking distance to multiple restaurants and a small grocery store. The grill was cleaner than my own at home has been since I bought it. "Sonesta was alright as a whole. The good things about this resort is the facilities and the options and selections of restaurants, drinks etc. The bad things about the place is definitely the service. I have rarely experienced such bad service on a holiday. The service (or lack thereof) was mainly an issue in the restaurants, where the staff was rude. I even had a waiter rolling her eyes because I asked for a baby chair. "
