The location is perfect for anyone wanting to be able to walk to the United Center and have a few food establishments close. The staff was extremely polite and made me feel comfortable. If you need parking they do have a limited amount of parking passes. These passes are purchased for $25 a day. I arrived Saturday and received mine but some ppl arriving on Monday were not able to park...

We liked the music while we ate our tasty breakfast in the common area. Our room was very spacious and modern. A bonus was the Press Room wine bar downstairs! Would highly recommend."
