"They wouldn't let us check in early and we were traveling and they didnt even check the actual room. The pool felt nice but it needed to be cleaned. Our ac in our room wasnt cooling down the room and they tried to fix it by nelting the ice with a hair dryer which didnt work because we had to tell them again and they switched our room towards the end of our stay. "How trying to find the words to say this nicely. Other than the convenience of the location the was nice. Upon checking in it seems to be a gentleman who was being trained under the direction of Patric (he was very helpful I might add) everything went smoothly. My main concern was the room.
