Welcome to Heaven! Summerwind East 1201 is a fully-renovated and completely updated in 2024 luxury condo with a stunning unobstructed wraparound view. FREE BEACH SERVICE (4 Chairs / 2 Umbrellas!) and reserved covered PRIVATE PARKING SPOT are included.

From the moment you walk in you will be amazed by the breathtaking views of emerald coast and a beautiful coastal farmhouse design, which is comprised of a multitude of lavish features:

- Brand new furniture everywhere
- Ample sleeping space provided by 2 king and 4 twin (double bunk) beds. COMFORTABLY SLEEPS 8
- Top of the line brand new comfortable mattresses including BeautyRest Harmony Lux 15" Plush Pillow Top and Cocoon by Sealy Memory Foam 10" mattresses
- ALL 3 bathrooms are renovated featuring a unique oversized double shower, sliding-door walk-in shower, and a modern deep tub. All tiled-in floor to ceiling.
- New balcony furniture consisting of polywood high chairs and tables
- Luxury white quartz countertops
- Brand new LG appliances everywhere
- Seamless LVP Lace Oak floors
- New Smart TVs including 75” and 65” Hisense QLEDs, 65" Samsung, and 45" Vizio.
- FREE BEACH SERVICE for 4 chairs/2 umbrellas, as well as 6 additional beach chairs available in the condo.
- Reserved covered PRIVATE PARKING SPOT available only steps away from elevators

Summerwind is located right on the beach, next to Navarre fishing Pier and access road to mainland. It is a walking distance to several restaurants. This area is secluded, quiet, family-friendly and just majestic - the white sandy beaches, the clear emerald gulf waters and views views views!

Resort AMENITIES include three (3) pools, one of which is heated, three (3) hot tubs, a well equipped workout facility, and outdoor grills. Summerwind Inn is a premium resort with high-speed elevators, luggage carts, and a covered entrance.

Unit is equipped with outdoor Ring Camera. Summerwind is a non smoking resort. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only. No smoking in unit or on balconies. No pets allowed.

Navarre Beach is a family-friendly destination with amazing sugar soft white sand. It was voted one of the Top 10 beaches in North America. Recently voted the number one uncrowded beach in Florida!

My fiancé and I along with my family booked this condo for our wedding on the beach/vacation. I was absolutely excited as soon as I walked in this condo and saw the view with the wrap around windows and balcony. The weather didn’t cooperate as we’d hope but the view was still so energizing and relaxing! The 4 beach chairs with umbrellas that were included with the rental saved us from pulling the wagon with alll the chairs so no work involved and that was the best for the beach time that we did get in… effortless! The host was amazing with communicating…very quick to respond to any questions and that is often hard to find. We did not lack for anything while there and the two master bedrooms was definitely a plus with traveling with my mother and allowing her own space with bathroom. My girls enjoyed the bunk room and my fiancé and I truly enjoyed the main master with ocean view. When back in Navarre, we will definitely come back to this condo. Walking distance to restaurants. This was our second time in this unit and it’s great. Location, views, setup, etc are all wonderful. Only thing we noticed upon checking in was that the door handle to the balcony was broken and that’s super minor considering all the pros offered.

Our stay at Heavenly View was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we walked in, we were mesmerized by the breathtaking views of the coast. Being able to see both the sound and the ocean was amazing! Every detail of the condo was thoughtfully curated for maximum comfort and convenience. It felt like home right from the start!The coastal farmhouse design added a luxurious yet cozy touch, and the comfy furniture and mattresses made for an incredibly restful stay. We especially appreciated the oversized double shower, deep soaking tub, and beautiful bedding—pure indulgence after a day at the beach. Speaking of the beach, having beach service was a fantastic perk, along with the reserved covered parking spot just steps from the elevator. With our three young children, we were able to leave their toys and other beach items in the back of our vehicle easily with the reserved parking spot! The pools and hot tubs were beautiful and the proximity to Navarre Pier and local restaurants made exploring the area effortless. Beyond the beauty of the condo itself the host was wonderful to work with—responsive, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making our stay perfect. We wholeheartedly recommend this luxury condo to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-end beachfront getaway. We’ll absolutely be back!

William was very responsive to our questions. The condo was so beautiful!!! Shower was amazing and very spacious. We loved the wrap around balcony the most. We watched the sun rise one morning and saw dolphins. We loved this place so much and hope to be back soon. Thank you so much !!!

I don't want to give away our new choice for a vacation location, but I cannot say enough about this condo. It was CLEAN and well appointed and BEAUTIFUL and the view was the best ever! The wrap around deck with the great patio furniture was the biggest seller! Even in the storms, we had a perfect birds eye view of everything Navarre Beach! Walk to restaurants! Having the two sets of chairs (4 chairs and 2 umbrellas) included in the price was the biggest bonus! You know how much those cost per week! And they are INCLUDED with this condo. The reserved parking was amazing. We have a brand new Cadillac (one week old) and it stormed for two days. Our new caddie was safe and sound with the reserved, covered parking right by the elevator. Just the best bonus. So, this condo is full of bonuses! You will love it!! Just don't take my week from us!! :) We will be reserving again and again for Spring Break. Loved everything about our stay!! Thanks so much for a beautiful, fun and memorable week!! Wish we were still there!!! :)

You won’t go wrong with this condo. For a family of 4, it was more than enough for us. Add in the view from all around plus the balcony that wraps around on the side, its an absolutely win win.

The Heavenly View Condo was the Perfect place to stay! Everything in the description was correct but to actually see it was the best! I will definitely stay there the next time we come back to see family and our time at the beach.

This condo was absolutely stunning! Beautiful decor, furniture, and view. It rained for the majority of our stay but we were able to stay on the balcony and enjoy the view. We even saw dolphins from our balcony! I would highly recommend staying here. We have already talked about coming back

We loved the view first and foremost! Just as listed, and lots of seating to enjoy the view in the balcony. Loved that this also included 2 chair and an umbrella beach service, very convenient and we used it. I also loved how they had beach chairs, lots of beach toys, and even life jackets for the kiddos in the closet for use. We enjoyed our stay here and hope to come back again one day.

I’ve stayed at Summer Wind several times and this condo was by far the nicest one we’ve ever stayed in! The wrap around view was incredible and the house was immaculate. Every thing about it was perfect. Comfortable beds, nice showers and easy parking. Highly recommend!

This condo is amazing! The views are endless! Everything was as described! The covered parking was a game changer!! The showers are amazing!! Check in/check out seamless. Having Beach chairs and beach towels available to use was also very nice! I cant say enough about this condo!! We loved it!

Very beautiful place looks just like the photos very clean and well put together true beach feeling. Sets right next to the pier which was great we loved going out there around 5:30 in the morning seen all sorts of marine life my favorite was the sea turtles. Very convenient two restaurants set in the parking lot right next to the condo with no waiting in line to get in. Very laid back atmosphere family oriented. There were several chairs to take to the beach kid toys and floats. The only thing I could say that they could in approve on is need more towels in bathrooms and get a better vacuum cleaner. These two things aren’t a deal breaker for sure but would make it a little easier. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay.
