Nauvoo Temple House Hotel
Very convenient walk to the Nauvoo temple. It's an old area but very nice. The only downside was the old hotel didn't have an elevator.

I read the reviews of others and here's my experience. I did not have any bad smells and my son (who is allergic to cats) did not have any allergy issues.
