"I’ve stayed at hundreds of luxury hotels around the world and I think this hotel, the Ritz Carlton in Astana, might top them all. The staff were incredible, they even baked us a custom cake with our faces 3-D printed on it. They went above and beyond every chance they got. Free gifts, welcome gifts, early check-in, late checkout, I could go on and on. The food is also incredible, the breakfast is amazing and I love how it’s connected to an ultra-luxury mall with all the best luxury brands. Two...

"Fantastic experience. Great service, and great rooms. "

"Excellent accommodations and a great location! Communication with the host was outstanding. The hotel also offers a very convenient taxi service, which was incredibly helpful during my mom’s stay. The driver picked her up and dropped her off at the airport and took her to several appointments. She was easy to contact, flexible with scheduling, and accepted US dollars, which made everything much easier. The room was comfortable and equipped with a refrigerator and electric kettle. Overall, a...

"Very central location and in walking distance of many sightseeing options. The hotel is old and could use an update, but is it good and clean. The breakfast is good, but the room is very small and sometimes there are no tables left. Staff is friendly and helpful. Would definitely consider this hotel if I visit Astana again"

"Fint indrettet hotel. Roligt. Rent. Pool, motionscenter så fine ud. Restaurant var rigtig god. Morgenmad udmærket/rigtig god Hotellet ligger lidt (50 min gang) uden for centrum. Udmærket vej /fortov at gå på hele vejen. (Taxa er også en billig mulighed) Fint standard hotel. Hjælpsomt personale. Vil gerne bruge hotellet igen."

"Very nice and helpful staff members, beautiful and very spacious rooms. Amazing breakfast."

"I stayed at this hotel during my visit to Astana. The location is convenient for visiting some attractions, as it is close to the museum, a mosque, and a park. However, the main monuments and tourist attractions are farther away, so you will need to take a taxi or public transportation to reach them. Unfortunately, the hotel itself felt quite dated. The room was not particularly impressive or immaculate, and the furniture and overall appearance looked somewhat old. The lobby also has an older...

"Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable, and the hotel is very close to Baiterek!"

"So, you are a foreign traveler to Kyrgyzstan. You don't know the local language or your way around. Don't despair. Nurik at Friends will take great care of you. The rooms are clean, modern, and newish. The location is close to some museums. Nurik can help with arranging taxi service for you, as well as pick up or drop off at airport. He can help you to find a supermarket to get groceries or a bank to exchange money at a good rate. His English is superb. And the price was fantastic. When I return...

"Enjoyed our stay. Good location for visiting our friends. Breakfast was simple and bottomless. Very helpful staff."

"I definitely will be returning. It’s a beautiful hotel in a beautiful city"

"Great Service! Staff is very helpful and polite. Large rooms and convenient floor plan. Close to everything. Property has spa, pool and restaurant with great food."

"It was a good experience. I was nicely surprised. Everything was sparkling clean. The crib was great and had nice kids bedding. Breakfast was well served and there were options for each taste. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. Would recommend!"

"Excellent hotel, very nice staff."

"Meget venligt personale. Temperaturen på værelset var dog lidt højt, og vi kunne ikke finde ud af at få skruet ned. Køleskabet var lukket inde i et skab, og kølede derfor ikke særligt godt."
