"This hotel need to be renovated. The room smells musty. I had to go and purchase frebreeze to make it tolerable to sleep. When you check in there is a tablet to complete your check in that was damaged you couldn’t read the screen to see what you’re signing. The pool area was nice and clean"

"This hotel was conveniently located for the tinley park amphitheater concert we attended. Not much for dining/ drinking venues within walking distance. Cleanliness of room and as not so good, shoes/feet stuck to floor, when I cleaned floor with a white towel, was black when finished."

"The property was convenient because it was right next to the wedding venue but we ran into complications. I arranged for two rooms that were supposed to be suites and they were not. The rooms weren’t available for checking in an we arrived later than usual after the check in time. So our room should have been cleaned and available. I was told over the phone that there was a common office area where we could meet and take photos and there was no such area. The staff were not very friendly...
