"This quaint, over garage apartment was just as pictured. Beautifully decorated and clean. The neighborhood was very walkable and soo quiet you were able to hear your footsteps echo on the cobblestone walkways. It was also situated close to beautiful green spaces. Neal the host was very responsive. We were very fortunate to find this gem!"

"This property is a nightmare to say the very least. Filthy bedding, toilets not working (one not attached to the floor, light bulbs burned out and I could go on for hours. The host never gave us contact info other than via VRBO system so wasnt able to efficiently address issues, the code to get in was not posted on time and day two the code didnt work and had to be reset after multiple contacts. I would sleep in my car before this property! "

"The bungalow style house was very cute and clean with everything you could need. The neighborhood in East Nashville was close to everything. The only "negative" is that if you have accessibility issues this is not the place for you. The steps into the property are VERY steep. Otherwise we greatly enjoyed our stay!!"
