"Visited July 28, 2026, hot bathroom, hot hallways, hot elevator, you could not adjust the room temp. It was preset and locked at 73 degrees from the time we arrived to check out the next day. We had a box fan to sleep with so we were ok. No free breakfast so be prepared to make other breakfast plans. We made this a last minute decision and I probably won’t go back for these reasons. Plus the parking is in a garage (Nashville) and that one more thing to have to do with your phone."

"I recently stayed at this hotel in Nashville and had a very good experience. The place was clean and well-kept. The room was nicely furnished, with a comfortable bed, a modern bathroom, and a large TV. The fitness room was well-equipped, and the breakfast offered was decent and satisfying. One thing I noticed, though, is that the breakfast could be improved by replacing the plastic cutlery with something more environmentally friendly. "Was transferred rooms three do to ac problems ridiculous. I believe as a consumer the room should’ve been checked prior to them assigning us a room. I hope this is taken care of in the future and yes, I’d love to be compensated."

"This hotel is situated in a desirable and centrally accessible location. Despite its proximity to the interstate, it remains notably quiet. The guestrooms are spacious and well-appointed. The pillows are firm and of first-rate quality. Additionally, the shower is exceptional."
