The Space:

Two complete homes sit side by side and book together through VRBO as a single reservation, so a big family reunion or multi-family trip never has to squeeze into one house. Each home has its own kitchen, living room, and rooftop deck, exclusive to your group with no shared spaces between the two. The Elvis-inspired home has a dark mural wall, neon signs, a bar cart, and a microphone chandelier over the living room.



Its game room keeps a life-size Elvis cutout watching over the ping pong table under blue light, and one wall reads "Don't you step on my blue suede shoe." Next door, the Dolly-inspired home goes pink, with a Dolly Parton mural in the living room, a flower wall photo backdrop with a marquee sign spelling "Nashville," and pink guitars over the dining table.



Its own game room is lit by a disco ball under a neon sign reading "GRAND OLE OPRY," and a red-lit darkroom installation with hanging roses gives every group a second photo spot.



Spend the day out as a group, come back for donuts at the kitchen island in either home, watch the sunset from a rooftop deck, then split into two karaoke-and-ping-pong crowds before everyone heads back to their own house to recharge for the next day.

Ascend Amphitheater's summer concert lineup is a regular draw for guests staying in this part of the city



Getting Around:

A garage is available at the home, and rideshare is the easy way to reach Broadway and downtown from here. Everything on the nearby list is a quick drive rather than a walk, so plan on a car or rideshare for each outing with the family or group
