Whether you're visiting Midtown, Germantown, or the Gulch, the best of Nashville is never far away. Each condo features curated, modern interiors, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring or work.

Unit 401:
The Heights #401 This contemporary two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo sleeps 6 guests, offering ample space to unwind. The bright living area invites relaxation, while the fully equipped kitchen ensures you have everything you need for dining in. Additional amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer, ideal for longer stays.

Unit 402:
The Heights #402 The Heights #402 mirrors the stylish design of #401, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. This condo features a modern, comfortable living space, perfect for both downtime and socializing. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and the proximity to Nashville's top destinations.

Please note:
- The elevator is not available for guest use.
- These units are located on the fourth floor, and there are 65 steps from the first floor to these units. This property is not suitable for guests with mobility limitations.

There's a reason Nashville has become one of the country's most loved southern cities. With its vibrant nightlife, country music scene, and incredible food, "Nashvegas" is a top destination for people simply looking to have a good time- which means lots of drinking and eating. Visitors flock to Broadway, a street lined with multi-level bars playing live music and serving BBQ. You might get stuck in traffic behind party bikes called Pedal Taverns, but you're more likely to cheer them on than get road rage because having fun is part of the culture in Nashville.

Local Attractions: Broadway, Nashville Farmer's Market, Ryman Auditorium, Honky Tonk, Bridgestone Arena, Centennial Park, Monell's (Southern), Rolf and Daughters (Italian), Henrietta Red (Seafood), O-ku (Sushi).

Home Truths:
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Noise is expected. This home is close to downtown Nashville, so street traffic and city sounds can be heard, especially in the evenings and on weekends. Sound machines and earplugs are provided for your comfort.

Parking Details:
- 2 cars are allowed per unit.
- Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in front of the building or to the right as you enter the complex.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
