The Space:
This home is modernly built, sparkling clean, and outstandingly close to all the central Murfreesboro city activities. A record fast commute by car and bike—or you can use your legs and still make it to town square in 15-minutes or less :) Easy peasy!

2nd floor:
Two separate private bedrooms with a King size bed and a Queen. Two full baths accessible only through each bedroom. One bedroom has a spare Queen size-air mattress and a large walk-in closet with iron and ironing board.

1st floor:
Open concept floor plan leads from living room to full kitchen. A half bath is accessible via the living room. Private office with desk, chair, and a convertible couch bed is also located on the first floor.

Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the entire home!

The Neighborhood:
My home is located north of Murfreesboro town square. A city about 30-minutes Southeast of Nashville and about 90-minutes Northwest of Chattanooga. With a growing restaurant scene, shopping, fitness, and friendly locals, guests will feel right at home. MTSU (Middle Tennessee State University University) is a quick 6-minutes/2 miles away, as well.

Getting Around:
I would recommend driving or ridesharing around Murfreesboro. If you walk 0.75 miles South on N Maple street, you will arrive in town square which is the best walking spot in the city by far. Takes 3-minutes to drive there and parking is easy and free.

Other Things to Note:
- No taking make-up off using my home's towels
- Keep trash neatly indoors
- No glitter ($100 Fine)
- No Smoking ($300 Fine)
- No unauthorized parties at our property. This will result in immediate eviction and $1,000 minimum fine.
