This newly renovated Lakefront home is nestled on Old Hickory lake & only 25 mins from downtown Nashville's buzz and fun. This three bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom home has over 2000 square feet of gorgeous indoor and outdoor space. With a large deck to enjoy your morning coffee and in the evening watching the sunset and fireflies with a glass of wine. This house has a little something for everyone; the game room is a great space for the whole family to hang out with a poker table, ping pong table, board games, arcade games. There's even a dog bed, dog toys and treats to make even the four legged family members happy. Enjoy the outdoors fishing with the provided fishing poles (don't forget to bring your own tackle box), play cornhole, check out Dolly Parton's vacation home as you kayak through the cove. There is a paddle board and 2 kayaks available for you to use. There is a marina within 5 minutes from the property as well as a recreation area to put in larger boats.

This home features 3 newly furnished bedrooms and 2 ½ baths. The home also has a basement that could be used as an additional bedroom or as a community area for fun, games, music, and relaxation. There is a fully stocked kitchen, and a washer and drier available for your convenience. If you have a little one, we even have a high chair and pack-n-play crib available. The home has plenty of space and amenities for everybody!

This home is only 25 minutes to downtown Nashville and 15 minutes from the airport. Great home for families and friends to meet up, enjoy the water, and start sightseeing adventures in and around Nashville.

Inside, there are smart TV's in the living room, game room, and master bedroom. You can utilize the available TV programming, or log on to your own subscription services.

We have entertainment available inside and outside. Enjoy the many inside board games, a Pac-Man arcade game, poker table with poker chips, and a ping pong table. Outside we have Smash Ball, horseshoes, Corn hole, a golf net (you will need your own clubs), a kayak, paddle board, and fishing poles. Feel free to use the easy up, beach chairs and small dock for jet skis.

Perfect for kayakers and canoers, you can slip your boats in to the cove and enjoy direct access to the lake. For larger boats you will need to put in at one of the 3 launch points within 5 minutes of the home. The middle of the cove is a bit shallow for larger boats, so do stay to the side as you navigate to and from the property. The cove depth generally ranges from 2-5' deep depending on where you are navigating and the height of the water as this can vary due to rain fall and other factors.

-Cedar Creek Marina has a ship store, boat rentals, ramp, dock rental, and a restaurant; Scoreboards Bar & Grill.

-Cedar Creek Recreation Area has a swim area, picnic tables, sand volleyball court, and boat ramp. They also have pontoon, yacht and kayak rentals. The recreation area asks $5 to park, $2 to walk in, or if you will be using it a lot, $40 for an annual pass.

-Shutes Branch Recreation Area also has picnic sites, swimming areas, boat launch, and fishing platform. There is also a biking trail that progressively gets more challenging. Pets are allowed.

-Blue Turtle Bay is another marina a short 15 minutes away with pontoon boat rentals, and Sam's Sports Grill.
