Welcome to Classy Nashville, a true class act when it comes to getaway homes. With modern furnishings and a top-notch location, this home is ideal for a mid-sized family or group that is looking to enjoy the best of Nashville in style.



The Space:

The main floor is a completely open-concept style of living giving guests the ability to interact with each other from the kitchen, dining area, and living space. The living room offers comfortable seating, a mounted smart TV, and access to the back patio.



The spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with a full suite of modern, stainless steel appliances and other items such as a blender, toaster, and coffee maker for your convenience. Cook an in-house morning brunch or early afternoon happy hour together and gather around the large island that offers barstool seating for 4. Steps away, a bistro-style table provides additional seating for 4.



This one-story duplex sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably between 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom boasts high levels of comfort with decor and linens that will make you feel right at home.



The Master Bedroom feels like a true retreat with soft lighting, a king bed, and a luxurious en-suite. The en-suites’ shower/tub combo features unique custom tiling that looks like a work of art in itself!



Bedroom #2 is configured with 2 full-sized beds

Bedroom #3 features a private room with a queen bed



A full bathroom equipped with a standing shower serves the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.



The property is located in the Fang section of Nashville, only 1-mile from downtown! Jump in an Uber/Lyft and you can access Nashville Farmers’ Market, Germantown, Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park, the Arts District, and more in under 5-minutes! Once downtown, you’ll be within walking distance of dozens of bars, restaurants, shops, and major attractions.

This unit was not clean. One bed broken. Mattresses on two beds were horribly uncomfortable. Did not know there was a unit upstairs and the noise transfers down to the unit we were in. Floor was buckled in front of love seat. A friend tripped over this. Was told in writing there was an iron and ironing board. We had to call and ask for the ironing board. The bathrooms were NOT Clean. Mold and smelly. Hair. Wash clothes need to be replaced. Frayed and worn. Toilet paper holder coming out of wall. Would appreciate some sort of compensation for the horrible conditions.

The outside of the vrbo appears nice but the neighborhood is not in a good area. It is not safe if you wanted to walk around. Inside the floor in the living room area was buckled about 5 inches high and was a major tripping hazard near the couch. Multiple outlets didnt work, especially the ones in the bathroom. The guest bathroom door was falling off the hinges and the toilet paper holder kept falling off the wall. The only very comfortable bed was the king. The back door also doesnt latch so it always has to stay locked. Will definitely find a different place next time. Not worth the high price we paid.

Loved this home. Clean and quiet location. Just a quick ride to downtown and was about a 10.00 ride to downtown. The owner communication was excellent when we had a question. Would definitely stay here again. The check in and out process was easy and fast.

Great location. 10-15 Lyft rides to Broadway strip. House fit our needs. 4 adult kids (20’s) plus parents. Could use more seating in living room but we were out most of the time anyway. Easy contact and fast response from owner. Unrelated to property……parking in downtown area and near Broadway is approx 30-50 day. Lyft was a better option for us.

Check-in and check-out was easy and straight forward. The host was prompt with emails to facilitate that process. The home was clean. Location of the property allowed for quick and easy access to everything we wanted to do in Nashville without needing to jump on the highway. Only two minor inconveniences. The backyard was basically still a construction zone. We really never planned on using it but just a heads-up would have been cool. Also the bed in the master bedroom was surprisingly loud. Anytime someone repositioned in the bed, it would creak like no other. Everything else was fine. Would stay again.

Overall nice house

Overall we liked the house. Very clean and perfect for our group of 8. The only issue we had was with the noisy people upstairs. You can hear everything. Had I known it was a house like that, I wouldn’t have rented it.

Nice and comfortable home.

It was a really nice home. The neighbors were friendly. Fairly quiet neighborhood. The driveway is NOT motorcycle friendly. It is very steep. The door hinges needed to be oiled they squeaked with trying to be quiet. Just outside downtown enough to make it a wonderful place to stay. I would recommend it to anyone who is spending time in Nashville.

Okay but would not stay there again

Disappointed that the master bedroom did not have a closet so there was no place to hang up clothes; the small windows above the bed on two of the walls allowed light into the room so this was a challenge for someone that likes a room completely dark to sleep. There was very limited cookware, i.e., no sheet pan; no wire wisk; no knives sharp enough to cut a lemon; and since the frying pans were so small (enough for only 3 half pieces of bacon) we had to cook in several batches I've been in a duplex before but this one had VERY thin walls so all the walking around and talking from the guests in the unit above could be heard all night. Speaking of the guests above, they were total jerks and kept knocking on our door and running, which was annoying, but once we reported that to the property manager, they stopped, so I do appreciate how quickly the proper manager took action and kept me informed.

Great stay!

Close to downtown and other popular places. Clean space. Hot water. Nice kitchen. 10/10 recommend! The only issue was figuring out how to lock the door when leaving for the day.

Nice property but BAD neighborhood

This was supposed to be a fun girls trip, but this was not a safe area for any group of girls/women. The apartment was nice, but one of the beds in the double room was thin and uncomfortable. The neighborhood is very unsafe. We were harassed by a man who knocked on our door asking for money in exchange for gift cards at 8pm. The car belonging to the group in the top unit was broken into in the middle of the night. There was extremely loud music being played right out in the street at 7:30am. All properties around are under construction. I do not recommend for any girls trip.

Thin walls in government housing neighborhood

The home aesthetically looks nice and the descriptions are correctly portrayed however, this is an apartment style home with people staying upstairs. There must be NO INSULATION IN THE CEILING because we could hear every move the people above us made. The 7am alarm upstairs that went off sounded like it was in our room. It was so loud that my husband got up and walked around to my side of the bed thinking it was my phone going off. When they snooze 3 times, it gets a bit unbearable. Every time they moved the chairs at the table upstairs, it sounded so loud. There is construction next door so from the master bedroom, it is loud in the mornings. There is a huge government housing area 1/2 block west of the home. I would not recommend walking at night. There are drag racers down the road at night as well. The only plus was the cost. It was very affordable and if you can sleep heavy and can look past the noise, it's a great deal. Close to downtown and easy to get too.
