Great place/great llcation

The house and location for our trip into Nashville were perfect. Loved the house layout. Lily, the host, is truly a gem. Responded quickly and efficiently to all our questions. Will stay here again!

As advertised !

The property was awesome and just as described. We had three adult couples in our group and this house worked out very well for us. One of our guests did have difficulty walking long distances (more than 15 minutes), so we did utilize the rental car more than I had anticipated. I would definitely recommend having a rental car if you want to sample more than just downtown Broadway. There are many great restaurants in the area, but a car was a must for us anyway. Also, the pictures of the house may have been taken quite a while ago, so don't expect any greenery and trees outside the patio or windows - but as far as interior spaces - really, really nice!!! Thanks Lilly!

Great Location in comfortable house

Had a great weekend in Nashville. The house was big and had a great layout. We had 3 couples and everyone had their own space and bathrooms which were nice. Good supplies on hand, just the basics. We could walk to the Gulch easily. We were just across the interstate from all kinds of restaurants and shops. It was also easy to get an Uber into downtown. There always seemed to be one nearby. The only negatives were only one working Tv and the remote for garage didn't work. Wish the home had an electronic lock because the key was a little inconvenient we just left it in the lockbox all the time so we could each access the home. Enjoyed our stay, Thank you

Great location, property needs some work

Stayed here for weekend with some girlfriends. Condo was spacious and a GREAT location. We walked to brunch each day and felt very safe waking even at night. About 10 minute walk to Gulch area with restaurants and shops. We walked to Broadway (about 30 minutes). The place could have been cleaner. There were small black ants in the bathroom on the first floor, and the staircase and walls were white and just looked so abused with black scuff marks all over. The sheets and towels were also white and again, just did not seem clean. The balcony would have been cute but again the chairs seemed so dirty we didn't really want to sit on them. There are skylight windows in the bedrooms SO BRING A SLEEPING MASK!! - it's light in the room by 645am. We did not cook or use amenities so I can not comment on that.

Nash Bach trip

A group of 11 of us stayed for a bachelorette party last weekend! The house was huge and beautiful in great location with easy walk to the gulch neighborhood 10min or so and about 30min walk to Broadway. We arrived late am on our flight and we’re allowed to check in early which was super generous. It saved us having to drag our bags to brunch. Few down sides were that the property lists having 2 pull out full beds and 2 pull out sleeper sofas but there were a total of 3 pull out beds. We also arrived to find the gas stove with the knob on and quickly turned it off. The house then began smelling strongly of smoke. The property manager promptly sent a maintenance man who explained that the knob needs to be kept on or it leaks gas. It would be nice to inform guests of this ahead of time to avoid or this or maybe have it fixed? It would also be a plus to have some outdoor furniture on the downstairs deck to sit on. The house is very roomy with 3 full bathrooms and plenty of space to hangout and get ready. Would definitely stay here again if traveling to Nashville with a group and would recommend for bachelorette parties.

Perfect Home!!!!

We had the best time staying here! It was just a few minutes walk to the Gulch, and only about 30 minutes to walk to Broadway. We were able to rent the Bird/Lime scooters near the home when available and rode those into Broadway many days, and would ride them back to the house. It was in a great location for everything! We also would get up in the morning to walk down Music Row which was only a block or two from the home. It was great having a room for everyone and a few spaces to sit and hangout. We will absolutely be staying here if we return to Nashville!!

Nashville trip

The property is as pictured and we would definitely stay here again. Enjoyed the roof top patio area. Stocked with nice hand soaps and bath products. The bathrooms are all en suite for the three bedrooms, and the showers are great! It is an easy walk to the Gulch. The only thing missing was dish towels in the kitchen.

This was the best location to downtown! Tons of extra blankets and pillows! The owners really thought of everything! We loved the extras like shampoos and soaps, ect! Easy check in and out process! Will def stay again! This is a gem of a house!

Nashville Brewers Convention

Had a great stay easy walking distance to center city. The Gultch offer a wide variety of food. Uber's were easily finable never waited and hit most of the breweries around town while we were there. Great stay and lovely home.

Great stay in Nashville!

We had a great time visiting Nashville and staying at this property! We had plenty of room and privacy for three couples place space where we could all comfortably hand out together. Plenty of bars/restaurants within walking distance. Would stay here again!

Fun trip went wrong because house got robbed

There was 12 of us on this trip for a bachelorette party weekend. We were really looking forward to our trip to Nashville and this house looked amazing from the posting and the reviews. The house was super clean when we got there, the check-in/check-out process was easy. The host was nice and helpful. We stayed from Thursday to Sunday. However our trip started very bad because Thursday evening, only a few hours after checking in someone broke into the house. The garage was closed completely, but somehow the robber managed to open the garage door and he broke into the two cars that were parked inside (the cars were both locked). He made a mess of both vehicles and also went down the street breaking into other homes. When the police came, they told us this a common occurrence in this area as this is the "short term Rental Area". When we spoke with the host she said this had never happened in her property so perhaps it was just out bad luck that it happened to us. However, i would be careful as there is a lot of shady characters especially at night that roam around.

Great place ... short walk to Gulch

Wow... this place was huge. We are three retired couples and each of us had our own bathroom. In addition, there were a great room (kitchen, eating area, conversation/tv) on the first floor. On the top floor was another conversation/tv area that turned out perfect if you needed to get away or when some folks played cards at the dining table and others were upstairs watching tv. The place was spotless and everything worked. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, pots, and cooking utensils. We ate all our breakfasts and snacks there. The host, Lily, was super responsive to our questions. There’s a Publix nearby (drive) for groceries/beer/wine. About a five-minute walk to Music Square – record labels, shops and ten minutes to the Gulch that has tons of music venues/bars. We when to the Station Inn and saw a great show. It was an easy drive to downtown. Pro tip: use Spot Hero to pay about half-price on parking (still pricey, I think) or if you all fit in an Uber, even better. Nashville has so many wonderful things to see and do. Don’t miss The Grand Ole Opry!

Girlfriends trip

We had a great trip to Nashville and the property was perfect for us. It is as described, and a short walking distance to restaurants, bars, attractions etc. The property itself is spacious and the area is quiet. We loved coming back at the end of the day and enjoying a glass of wine together in one of the living rooms. Thanks for opening your home to us!

Perfect for groups!

This rental was top notch for our friends weekend trip to Nashville. The house is roomy and nicely decorated. All of the rooms had private bathrooms and tons of closet space. Lilly was wonderful and timely with her communication. Super close and walkable to the Gulch. Highly recommended this place!!!

Girls Trip

This house was beautiful, clean and had a great location. There was more than enough space for our group of 8. Communication with Lilly was easy as well. We were able to walk to restaurants and bars. Although the walk to Broadway is only about a mile, we chose to uber due to the heat. We enjoyed our stay!

Prime location and safe neighborhood

Hosted my bachelorette party here and it was absolutely perfect. Tons of space and very clean. Lilly had all the necessities there. Beds were super comfy. We walked to the nearby restaurants and bars. One night we walked to Broadway but we got lost so we ubered the other nights and it was only $9. Everything was top notch, thank you!!
