Nissan Stadium is 1.1 miles away (about a 20 minute walk, or a quick rideshare). Broadway and the honky tonks are 1.5 miles across the river.

THE LAYOUT — 2,242 SQ FT ON TWO LEVELS
Upstairs: the primary bedroom with two queen beds, an ensuite bath, and its own private porch; a king bedroom; and a queen bedroom. Downstairs: a queen Murphy bed with room for two additional queen memory foam folding floor mattresses, plus two sectionals in the living room for anyone who wants to stay close to the action. It's a flexible layout that works for a family of 8, a friend group of 12, or anything in between.

KITCHEN, GRILL, CORNHOLE, AND LAUNDRY
The chef's kitchen is fully stocked, there's a community pantry, and a Weber gas grill (propane provided) for the nights you'd rather cook in than go out. A cornhole set is ready for pregame or a lazy afternoon. In-home laundry makes a long weekend or a 30-night stay easy.

A private driveway on the property holds up to 4 cars, with free street parking in front of the home.

WALK TO DINNER
McFerrin Park is a 5-minute walk. From there, some of East Nashville's award-winning restaurants and bars are about 8 minutes on foot: Redheaded Stranger, Folk, Wilburn Street Tavern, City House, FancyPants, Junior, and Cherries. Round out the pocket along Dickerson Pike with Gus's World Famous Fried Chicken, Shugga Hi Bakery & Cafe, and Retrograde Coffee for a serious espresso.
