Dear Audre, i'm sorry to hear that you didn't felt comfortable with us, but as we told you in the check-in you can always contact us for any problem. We are sorry for the showerhead as we needed to fix before the arrival but the plumber that was supposed to do it had a delay in the process, as for the road, Napoli is a really ancient city and so some of the road, we offered a transfer service and just outside the station there's a lot of taxi to rely on. Sorry we didn't let you arrive our disponibility.kind regard

hi Marangely, we're sorry you didn't felt comfortable in our structure, the area is noisy in the morning but almost never noisy in the evening or night, Napoli is a big city and it's impossible to pretend silence in the main hour of the day, as for the area i don't understand why you say that is dangerous, our double entrance is for safety and to make our guest comfortable (and i've never heard no one complain for too much safety).For the terrace we informed you that there was an error in the expedia page that has been resolved just when you mentioned us, and for the room it's not true that anybody can come in, as almost any structure has a room service where cleaner has acces to your room, wich we do not provide, but we do provide a routine check of essentials in every room and you can understand it's just that as nothing was moved or missing in your room.I really suggest you to visit other structure in Napoli if you happen to come back as you didn't realize our disponibility and potential in the zone.kind regards

Gentile Bianca,di telecomandi ne può trovare due per ogni appartamento ed i set di asciugamani sono composti da asciugamano bidet, viso e doccia. Ogni check-in è preceduto da un controllo meticoloso della dotazione, ergo siamo sicuri che non le mancasse nulla, se invece intende il ricambio, nonostante non sia un servizio da noi offerto gratuitamente, le abbiamo omaggiato un ricambio. La cucina è dotata semplicemente di un torcione, ma ad ogni check-in ci assicuriamo di informare l'ospite che per qualsiasi necessità può passare in ufficio o contattarci tramite il numero WhatsApp. Le docce hanno misura standard europea, con erogazione verticale ed orizzontale. Ci può contattare privatamente per poterci esporre meglio il problema avuto con la doccia così da poter rimediare qualora ci fosse realmente un problema.Speriamo che vi siate goduti la nostra fantastica Città.Cordiali salutiAlessandro

Dear Xavier,as mentioned at the check-in, most of your complain could have been solved if you passed by the office. We invite at every check-in for our guests, to not hesitate to contact us for any problem or any request as if we can, we are happy to assist promptly. We do provide a kettle so you can use our soluble coffee and the, also the mocha to use on the stoves so you can prepare our traditional Neapolitan coffee. When we show the apartment we specify every time that the air condition is centralized, so in case the guest would like to change the temperature, he/she needs to inform us so we can make change it for you.Also we did ask you indeed if you wanted red or white wine, and you informed us that you don't drink alchol, therefore I invited you to accept a voucher for a free breakfast which you refused saying that you wanted to hurry up as your kids needed the toilet so we made a quick registration even though it wasn't the check-in time and we provided an early check-in at 10:15 without any extra charge. Our apartments follow a strict double check procedure to keep an high standard, from the cleaning service to our equipment which are always replaced if missed from the previous stay.We reminded you during your stay that you could receive a voucher from us for a free breakfast in one of the nicest bar in the Historical Center instead of the wine but you didn't reply to any of our message.We are always available for assistance 24/7, so we invite every guests to contact us for anything.I hope you enjoyed Naples and you could do everything you told us you've planned.

Dear guest,during the check-in with the "young guy" I was there and I've told you precisely that we could provide for the requested invoice, during the administration working time, as we don't release invoices after 18:00. You arrived at 20:00 and I personally informed you clearly on WhatsApp with all the informations you needed, included where to throw the trash and from what time. You had direct contact with me Francisco, Vincenzo and the two night porter in order to be provide assistance 24/24.The night porter also pointed you to the trash containers as you weren't able to see them, then asked again the next day the same question telling us you could not find it, but you never took the way to find them.All the apartments are fully sanitized with strict procedures and are double checked after the cleaning service and before the check-in, to make sure that nothing is missed, indeed we did not have any complain about the apartmens until your review. I hope that your judgment isn't influenced by the fact that you disliked the city as you reported us during your stay with us. Our bathroom includes all the comfort you need for a daily use and enough space that allows you to move in without feeling restricted. All the sizes and descriptions of the apartment's environment you've choosed were available before you book with us.We invite you to pay more attention pre-booking, as you requested us services that we do not provide, clearly specified in our descriptions, and it was our decision to provide them anyway as whenever we can, we do everything to fullfil our guest's requests.We hope that you'll come back again with a different mindset so you can appreciate the magic and the beauty that Naples has that enchants all the people that visit us.I want to remind you that we rent apartments, and all the requests you made daily were fulfilled even though we don't provide them, and nothing was charged in addition to what you already paid.To show you our appreciation in choosing us, we did also gifted a free upgrade and a free bottle of wine so you could have the best welcome ever.Best regards
