Great place to stay for a short-term in Naples. The room is very clean and the shower is nice! Bed was very comfortable as well and our room was very spacious. Only thing we didn't like about this place was the extra charges - we had to pay extra per night for AC (around 2.50 euro per night) and a water bottle (1 euro). This was the only hotel that charged us extra for AC when we travelled throughout northern and southern Italy. The staff was friendly but not always around unfortunately but thankfully she provided her WhatsApp although she had a tough time speaking english - google translate helped! Location wise we were not a fan as it is far from the station and can be a long walk to main areas in Naples (i.e. Ovo castle, Spaccanapoli etc.). I would also be careful at night - not the safest if travelling alone!

The extra cost of 2.50 per day for air conditioning is more of a deterrent in terms of respecting the environmental impact than a real cost... I think you pay 1 for water everywhere. The main points of interest are just a few meters away and our street, unlike many alleys in central Naples, is safe because we have the police station just a few steps away! Anyway, thanks for being our guest!

Affittacamere in zona Stazione Metro Università raggiungibile a pochi passi, a meno di 10 minuti da via Toledo e via dei Tribunali. Zona tranquilla anche di sera. Camera pulita, ma con alcuni dettagli da migliorare: doccia con tenda ingiallita, presenza di abbondante calcare nella zona lavandino e nella doccia, presenza di silicone staccato, materasso estremamente sottile e probabilmente usurato (lateralmente era in discesa), letto molto rumoroso e cigolante. Aria condizionata a pagamento (5€/giorno) non comunicato al momento della prenotazione tramite portale (Expedia). Host gentile e disponibile anche nel deposito bagagli dopo il check out. Consegna della camera al check in con circa 2 ore di anticipo rispetto al preventivato.

Salve! Le tende delle docce vengono sostituite regolarmente e per il calcare noi usiamoIl prodotto anticalcare ogni giorno ma purtroppo l’acqua a Napoli è così. Per i letti sono pareri personali ci sono ospiti che li trovano comodissimi e altri no! L’aria condizionata non trova da nessuna parte scritto che è grati. Se avesse soggiornato più giorni avrebbe pagato 2,50 al giorno e tra l’altro è quasi ovunque così da quando i costi dell’energia sono aumentati tantissimo! Preferiamo tenere le tariffe basse e dare aria condizionata a richiesta! In altre strutture si richiede pagamento per il deposito bagagli e anche per il ceckin in anticipo e noi invece non lo abbiamo fatto! Grazie mille per averci preferito e alla prossima!

Punto di forza del b&b è la posizione strategica, in quanto vicina al centro e alla fermata della metro (universita). Abbiamo soggiornato 4 persone, di cui 2 bambini e anche la sera potevamo muoverci tranquillamente dal b&b al centro di Napoli (via Toledo), dove si trovano negozi e vari ristorantini. Per quanto riguarda la struttura, a prima impatto non è bellissimo in quanto entri in un androne non molto accogliente ma entrati nel corridoio del b&b devo dire molto carino. La stanza arredata con gusto, l'unica cosa che migliorerei è il bagno. Tutto sommato come qualità prezzo devo dire molto buono. La signora delle pulizie è stata sin da subito gentile e disponibile. Ci tornerei.

Ce sont des gars qui causent de fausses difficultés afin d'obtenir une remise sur le prix de la chambre, ils sont partis sans vouloir payer les taxes de séjour mais bien sûr les inscriptions appropriées ont été faites pour le déclarer ! Je ne recommande pas de les héberger car ils ne font que créer des problèmes

Dear Mrs. Sara, she has never stayed with me she gave me a schedule in the afternoon then she told me that she came in the morning and left I tried to find her all day after two days I'll tell you more her grandmother phoned me who wanted to know if you had stayed with me and I showed her the WhatsApp screens that it wasn't she had never arrived how can she then make a review if she has never been to me only because she had taken a non-refundable one? Well since she gave her a happy gift that she is fine and therefore her grandmother quiet about her, for the rest just read the other reviews. Good life!

Good Points - Great Location, central to Old Town Bad Points - Very overpriced at £80.00 per night - There are 3 rooms in total and the room we were allocated had no natural daylight and was quite small with one bedside table as no room for two and a bedside lamp which gave out absolutely no light what so ever, so you have to have the main big light on. We like to have a couple of hours rest in the afternoons when touring and had to have the lights on in order to read. Felt very claustrophobic. Check in was interesting, we were told that we would be met at 18:00, come 18:20 we call her and are told that her husband is stuck in traffic and wont get there so check in was by whats app, we were then asked to send pictures of our passports which we were not comfortable with. Overall not a very good experience.

For having stayed over the weekend she paid a great rate and unfortunately on the day of her check-in the access roads to the old town were closed due to an accident and my husband was forced to go back. But how could he see the the following morning it was there early in the morning. She chose the basic room which is smaller but believe me to be in the historical center of Naples it is sold at a rate more than right! Fortunately many guests think differently and the reviews prove it !

Not the typical hotel building you might be expecting, this place gives the charm of living like the Naples folks do. The room is spacious, modern looking and basic amenities provided. The location is excellent, very close to attractions and eateries. Our host, Maria, was especially helpful and nice. She gave recommendations for places to visit and eat at, and areas to avoid (scams, etc.).

Fantastic place to stay in Naples.
The room was like new and spotless! We were treated like old friends and the location was a close walk to the waterfront and sites. Bus and trains were also near and we will absolutely stay again the next time we're in Naples.

Be aware of the location
The place is in the historic part of the city with very narrow streets and many old buildings. If you need to take a taxi make sure the driver is ready to take you there. The "hotel" consists of a few rooms on the second floor of an old building. I ended up with a room facing the elevator shaft and the neighbor's living room but I believe there are other rooms that offer more of a view to the front. If you just need a room to stay that is inexpensive then this place is for you, just don't expect a fancy hotel.

First of all we are on the first floor. You have chosen the cheapest room that overlooks a typical palace in the historic center of Naples. I think that those who book at a very affordable price are also aware that they can not stay in a luxury hotel that costs about two hundred euros a day in Naples! At most she has paid 80 and if it was a last minute even less ... so she can be happy!

Estuvimos la noche del 26 de junio, avisamos que llegaríamos a las 20:10 porque no encontrábamos cómo llegar con el coche y nos cobraron 32 € de penalización por hacer el checking diez minutos después de las 20.00. Esa penalización no se especificaba en ningún sitio en nuestro bono de Expedia. No te dan ningún recibo. La calle donde está ubicado el hotel es muy mala, sucia, oscura poco segura.

It is written in the reservation that after 20.00 you pay € 25 for late check-in! You arrived very late. You paid € 32 because the € 25 added to the city taxes you pay in all the cities. road is a normal alley of the historic center of Naples among other centralissima.Meno bad that other guests think differently .. just read the reviews!

Centralt läge
Det ligger på en gammal ruffig gata i gamla delen av Neapel. Däremot när du kommer in så är det nyrenoverade fräscha lägenheter. Receptionen bemannad endast vid behov. Liten frukost på bar alldeles bredvid.Bra boende till bra pris.

Das B&B ist relativ neu, das Zimmer komfortabel eingerichtet. Relativ ruhige Lage. Da es sich im Stadtzentrum befindet, sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Frühstück, in eine Bar, ist halt typisch italienisch, Cappuccino + cornetto.

OBS! No iron, ironing board.
The hotel has reached it's peak, but has a great location and view. I was shocked when I called to get an iron and an ironing board in the morning, and they could not help me. They were rude and reffered to a cleaing service that started at eight and takes several hours. I travel every other week and this is the first time.

The iron ... we have to ask for it! The ironing board does not have it ... I think it can be found if it takes a holiday home! I do not remember having a guest who requested an iron and I have not received it! The cleaning starts at 10 ... never started at 8! You certainly have my number .... has reviewed with the anonymous ..... I can not contact her but she knows that NEVER ASKED A IRON AND IT HAS NOT BEEN PROVIDED! Why did not we have to give it? Thanks for the excellent position and I would correct it you wrote that we have a great view ... look I'm so honest as to specify that our view is that of a typical alley in the historic center of Naples!

Clean room very close to the city centre
When we arrived nobody spoke English. We received a note that because of Easter the cafe where they serve breakfast for us will be closed so we will find sth to eat for breakfast on the table in the hallway. Which is fair enough but there was nothing there for 2days and after couple of days we finally used the cafe.it was nice that the owner picked us and drove us back to the airport cost €30.the owner maria was trying to be helpful through whatsapp messages but we've never met her and its not the same texting than talking in person.the room was cleaned every day at 10am but for 2days they didn't leave us a toilet roll so we bought it ourselves.in the offer it was note about bathrobe and shampoo and we didn't get that either.we found a kettle with tea and coffee but when we used it it wasn't filled up. The towels also weren't changed at all even when we left one on the floor.couple of days I couldn't sleep in the morning as the owner showed up to the reception and was cleaning the other rooms and playing music loud so not much rest.there was also a group of people staying there one night and had a loud party and playing a music at 4am.in generally it was just us for most of the nights so it felt like renting a flat but with no kitchen etc.if it comes to room and location then is good but it wasn't what i expected and some of the things was falsely advertised.

His name..Ewa ... the only thing true..the bar closed two days at Easter .. unfortunately it was an inconvenience and it can happen! People who sing and are late in the old town are not our disservizio..purtroppo the city has frantic rhythms! Toilet paper..bollitori..asciugamani..mancata my presence ... but she was from us or elsewhere? I kept the chat with all the messages whatsapp that we exchanged! I wonder why I declare untrue things!

Amazing!
Owners are very friendly and helpful, hotel is close to everything and you can travel anywhere on foot. Bar Battelli has amazing pasteries and coffee in the mornings. We will stay here again for sure! Only negative thing to say is the bed was very firm and hurt my back quite a lot. But that can’t be helped. Over all it was perfect.

Thank you very much ... I'm sorry for the backache but I think that as you walk in Naples so much maybe it was not just the fault of the mattress "See you soon!😃😃🤗🤗
